Website DZ9 (“we”, “us”) is a website design studio. This policy covers www.websitedz9.com. You can reach us at sumit.h.goswami@gmail.com.

• Enquiries. The enquiry form does not send anything to our servers. It prepares an email that you choose to send from your own email app, so we only receive what you send us (name, email, business name, project details).
• Analytics (only if you accept). If you click “Accept” on our cookie notice we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We do not use it to identify you personally.
• Server logs. Like any website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting.

Google Analytics is the only thing that sets cookies on this site, and it does not load at all unless you accept. We also store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t keep asking.

You can change your mind at any time: use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or decline again. Declining removes the Google Analytics cookies from this site. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use analytics information to understand which pages are useful and improve the site, and we use enquiry details to reply to you. Analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like. Where privacy law such as the EU/UK GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, consent is our basis for analytics and responding to your enquiry is our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your information. If you accept analytics, data is processed by Google, which may store it on servers outside your country (including outside India and the EU/UK). Google acts under its own privacy terms: policies.google.com/privacy. Our website is hosted on a server we rent from a hosting provider.

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. Emails and enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any project, then deleted.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email sumit.h.goswami@gmail.com and we’ll respond. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
